Automatically capture affected items and suppliers
Products and suppliers are imported directly from the ERP system into cubemos—no Excel spreadsheets, no manual data entry. Once integrated, the product and supplier master data are automatically imported into the system with the same level of detail and up-to-date information you’re used to from your ERP system.
cubemos generates the customs tariff codes and checks each item against the EUDR’s scope of application. You can see at a glance which products fall under the regulation and which do not. This includes matching them to the appropriate supplier—no need to research each item individually, and no uncertainty about what to do.

Automate risk analysis
Every supplier is automatically screened against the European Commission's risk benchmark, supplemented by other internationally recognized risk databases. This provides a multi-layered view, not just a traffic-light color. You can immediately see where the risk lies and what it specifically relates to.
Based on this, cubemos which checks are necessary for each supplier. Is proof of deforestation-free status sufficient, or do human and labor rights also need to be assessed? Each supplier is assigned a scope of checks that matches its risk level—no more, no less.

Ensure batch traceability
cubemos a comprehensive catalog of supplier assessments, ranging from CO2 and REACH to RoHS, human rights, and labor rights. Each assessment is pre-configured, legally vetted, and ready for immediate use. You select the assessments relevant to your supplier instead of rewriting each questionnaire from scratch. And for more specific needs, you can store your own questionnaires directly in the system—whether for industry standards, customer requirements, or internal codes of conduct. Assigning them to individual suppliers, groups, or your entire portfolio takes just one click. Evaluation is all in one place.
