Fulfill EUDR with cubemos
Registration of your products
cubemos enables you to digitally record all relevant products and automatically allocate suppliers. This is supported with the help of customs codes (e.g. CN or TARIC codes).
Determine supplier status
Document the status of your suppliers digitally. Automatically check whether all necessary documents and proofs from your suppliers are available. Actively minimize the risks in your supply chain.
Query geodata
Automatically query your suppliers' geodata via cubemos . Check directly via satellite image whether deforestation has taken place at the supplier in question after December 30, 2020.
Check legal conformity
Make sure that your suppliers comply with the relevant national legislation by asking them. This is one of the prerequisites for submitting a reliable declaration of due diligence.
Preparation of due diligence declarations
A separate due diligence declaration must be created and submitted for each EUDR product concerned. Use the cubemos Software to automate this process.
Submission to TRACES
Upload the digitally created due diligence obligations via the EU information system TRACES using an interface. The system automatically assigns a reference number that serves as proof during inspections and can be fed back into your CRM.
