The application process

Every member of our team is able to understand our clients' industries and implement the requirements of sustainability management in a practical way.
30 min video interview
In this first video call you will get a deeper insight into cubemos, our product and the existing team and of course the position itself. The purpose of this interview is to clarify initial questions about the role, your experience and general organizational matters. In this interview we also want to learn more about you. What is your motivation for joining cubemos , what do you want to achieve and how can cubemos support you in achieving your personal goals? This interview is also your first chance to ask questions about the position, company and team.
Video interview with specific case
In this interview, we want to find out more about your knowledge and problem-solving skills. Typical questions will focus on the process of each position to generate value for our clients. We also expect you to be able to empathize with our clients' industries and business models and know what challenges exist in the area of sustainability management.
If you are successful in this round, you will receive an invitation to the third and final round.
Cultural interview at cubemos Office
In the final round of the process, we invite you to our office in Munich so that you can experience the atmosphere in which we work and get to know colleagues from other teams. We live our company values every day and want to find out whether these values also suit you.
We work very closely together, which is why company culture and personality are so important to us. Openness and authenticity are required in the final round of the application process.
