We have different core working hours depending on the team. Around this, you can flexibly arrange your working hours. We also offer you the option of working from home or mobile office two days a week, and in addition two weeks a year from anywhere.

Qualitrain

We support the fitness of our team. That's why we offer Qualitrain access, which gives our employees unlimited access to over 4,500 sports and fitness clubs.

Video interview with People Manager

In this first video interview with the people team, you will get deeper insight into cubemos, our product and the existing team and of course the position itself. The purpose of this interview is to clarify initial questions regarding the role, your experience and general organizational matters. We will give you a detailed overview of what to expect during the application process, and it's your first chance to ask all your questions.

Video interview with founder & team member

In this interview, you will have the opportunity to clarify the technical requirements and expectations for the position and role, as well as to explain your professional experience in more detail. We want to know what you bring to our team professionally, but also personally. So feel free to show us your personality!
If you are successful in this round, you will be given a small task to prepare for the third and final round.

Case & Founder Interview in the Office

In the last round of the process, we will invite you to our office in Munich so that you can get a feel for the atmosphere in which we work and so that you can get to know colleagues from other teams. You will also present the results of your individual task in front of our founders and some of your future team members.
Afterwards, you will sit down with our founders for a in-depth conversation about your motivation and the vision of cubemos.
