Allows cubemos to integrate Single Sign-On (SSO)

Yes, we offer Single Sign-On (SSO) integration for Enterprise customers. SSO simplifies the access process for your organization's users by allowing them to log in to multiple systems and applications with a single set of credentials. This not only improves the user experience, but also increases security by reducing the need to remember and manage multiple passwords.

Our SSO integration supports common identity providers such as Active Directory/ Azure AD using standard protocols such as SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0. Setting up SSO requires support from your IT team. We provide a step-by-step guide to minimize the effort. Setup can be completed in under 30 minutes and we ensure that the integration runs smoothly and securely. In addition, we provide detailed documentation and support from our technical team to guide you through the configuration process and meet your organization's specific requirements.

What system requirements and IT resources are necessary for use?

System requirements

  1. Operating system: Our Software is platform-independent and can be used on any operating system such as Windows, macOS or Linux, as long as a supported web browser is available.
  2. Web browser: For optimal use of our Software , we recommend the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge. Please make sure that your browser is up to date to avoid compatibility issues.
  3. Internet connection: A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps is required.
  4. Screen resolution: A minimum of 1280 × 720 pixels is recommended. However, we recommend a higher resolution for an optimal display and user experience.
  5. JavaScript: Make sure that JavaScript is activated in your browser.

IT resources

  1. User account management: It is not necessary for IT staff to have access to Software to manage your organization's user accounts. Additionally, we offer Single Sign-On (SSO) integration for Enterprise customers. SSO simplifies the access process for your organization's users by allowing them to log in to multiple systems and applications with a single set of credentials. This not only improves the user experience, but also increases security by reducing the need to remember and manage multiple passwords. Read more in the SSO FAQ.
  2. Network configurations: In a few cases, network settings need to be adjusted to ensure optimal performance. This may include whitelisting our domains cubemos.com and associated subdomains in your company firewall. For communication, Software uses SSL port 443 exclusively.

Our services are hosted in Germany (Frankfurt) at AWS, which is certified according to ISO 27001, SOC 2 and BSI C5. More information about the AWS compliance program and certifications can be found here.

These certifications and security measures also apply to AWS data centers to protect their physical perimeters, and our services are currently only available and run within German availability zones.

Can your ESG-Software be connected to other systems or platforms?

Yes, that is possible! The easiest way is via documented API interfaces (we can also talk to your IT department about this).

Where are the servers for hosting the ESG-Software located?

In Germany in an ISO 27001, SOC2 and BSI C5 certified data center in Frankfurt.

What are the system requirements for Software?

cubemos works on almost all devices and does not require any hardware / server on site. The only requirement is a web browser and an Internet connection.
