How long is the implementation period?

Typically, the period from acceptance of the offer to implementation takes less than four weeks. If additional support services have been booked, such as the preparation of the dual materiality, this timeframe may occasionally be extended as it is advisable to wait for the results of the analysis. If a particularly rapid implementation is required, please let us know so that we can accommodate your needs accordingly.

What happens once I have purchased the Software ?

You will receive detailed onboarding (the entire Software process will be explained to you). We design a clear process on how you can establish sustainability management in your company.

What support options does cubemos offer?

Support assistance at Cubemos varies depending on the support package selected.

Functional (included free of charge):

Support availability: From 10:00 to 16:00.

Response times: Within 48 hours.

Core:

Onboarding for the Software: Online format.

Calendar booking from technical experts: Including 10 hours of technical support.

Support availability: From 10:00 to 16:00.

Response times: Within 24 hours.

Premium:

Onboarding for the Software: Online format.

Individual customizations:

Stakeholder dialog and KPIs.

Annual review of dual materiality and IROs.

Annual review of disclosure criteria and reporting framework.
